Rachel Chandler – REALTOR®

Born and raised in Edgefield, I’ve always had a love for the charm, history, and community that make this place so special. After graduating from Clemson University, I moved to Nashville, TN before making my way back home to South Carolina in 2020. What began as a brief pause during the pandemic ultimately reaffirmed why this area will always feel like home.

I earned my MBA from The Citadel and began working in my family’s businesses. Managing The Old Timber Lodge & Venue in Edgefield and helping out at The Ridge Parts & Supply and Log Creek Timber Co. in Johnston has been a great experience. These roles have taught me the value of community, hard work, and hospitality. Now, I’m excited to bring that same dedication into the world of real estate. 

I am married to Rick Chandler, an Augusta native and local builder/remodeler, and we’ve made our home in North Augusta. We love the balance of small-town living with the convenience of being close to Aiken and downtown North Augusta during our current stage in life.

I’m excited to help others find their home here. Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for land to build or hunt, investing in a family estate, or preparing to sell and start a new chapter, I hope to bring a unique perspective to your journey.
